At the beginning, it was a store specializing in eel.We purchase only domestic eels, and mainly from Tokai and Kyushu, we use good products from time to time.We are particular about the arrangement of our shop.

Our own domestically-produced eel

Following in the footsteps of our founder, who founded the restaurant as an eel restaurant, all of our eels are domestically caught (mainly from Tokai and Kyushu), which are split and skewered in-store and carefully cooked.The sauce is a traditional flavor that has been added to and maintained for over 80 years since the restaurant first opened.We also insist on using domestically produced Japanese pepper.Please enjoy the color and aroma of Japanese pepper.
